Nursing care services are provided by our Licensed Practical Nurse ( LPN). Patients can access appointments for assistance with the following: medication administration, wound care, monitoring of vital signs and weights, patient education, STI screening, and suture removal.
Nursing Services Appointment
In-clinic visit with a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN). This appointment is intended for screening and/or treatment recommended by Nurse Practitioner as per orders received.
Medication Injections ( B12, Depo-Provera, Tetanus, Vaccinations)
Injections of medications or vaccinations.
Sexual Transmitted Infection ( STI) Screening
STI screening requires an in-clinic visit with a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN). Follow-up for STI treatment requires a booked appointment with one of our Nurse Practitioners. This appointment is intended for screening only.
Suture Removal
Removal of Sutures, Reassessment of skin healing
