This appointment is required for all new or existing patients between ages of 2 - 16 years of age. This appointment allows the practitioner to thoroughly review your past medical history and your current medical concerns.
Episodic Care
30 Minute, 45 Minute or 60 Minute Appointments Available
This appointment is appropriate for: Medication Renewal, Insomnia, Constipation, Wart Treatment, Sore Throats, Ear Infections, Ear Flushing, Bladder Infections & Rashes or to follow up on the previously discussed health concerns, results from any previous blood work and investigations ordered from your annual appointment will also be reviewed.
Chronic Disease Management
This Appointment is booked every 3 months for physical examination, blood work, vital signs, weight, diabetes, hypertension, thyroid dysfunction, anemia & high cholesterol
